Reesink Logistic Solutions (RLS) is a top provider of automated, integrated logistics solutions ranging from robust, automated pallet storage to fully automated goods-to-person systems using i.e. advanced AutoStore (robots), Geek+ (AMR) and Movu atlas pallet shuttle technology. RLS consists of the companies AM Logistic Solutions (Offenau, Germany), Lalesse Logistic Solutions (Duiven, Netherlands) and two local subsidiaries in Poland (Tychy) and Austria (Vienna). RLS is the Logistic Solutions division within the Royal Reesink group of companies. Royal Reesink is an international distributor and service provider with 2.600 employees and a yearly turnover of €1.4B, headquartered in the Netherlands.

LogiCS within RLS
At Lalesse we develop our own LogiCS software to seamlessly connect our logistics solutions with customers' infrastructure.

You will become part of an international team and you will be energized to translate customer needs to our technical team. You are driven to further expand and standardize our LogiCS product. You work passionately with customers and stakeholders to optimally design and further develop LogiCS.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Analyzing customer needs and identifying and translating functional requirements into software solutions;
• Drafting functional designs, specifications and documentation for our standard and custom software applications;
• Collaborate with developers, vendors and other team members to ensure that the solutions developed meet stated requirements and specifications;
• Carrying out risk analyzes and identifying possible bottlenecks in the design and development process;
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the development team;
• Ensuring that the solutions meet the required quality standards as well as the set requirements and deadlines.
  

Personal qualities and competences

• A completed HBO education in a relevant field of study;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex issues and translate them into concrete functionality;
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written to communicate effectively with various stakeholders;
• Independent and proactive to make decisions independently and involve stakeholders when necessary;
• Strong in creating a clear and complete overview of the customer's wishes;
• Good command of the Dutch and English language;
• Service-providing attitude and you like to work in a team, you are flexible and customer-oriented;
• An eye for the best results, you work accurately and structured.
